Meet Lorna.
Hi! My name is Lorna. I am a certified Mat Pilates instructor with additional training in Pre and Postnatal Pilates. I am also a qualified Occupational Therapist with years of experience in clinical and educational contexts.
By nature, I am a warm and light hearted person and I carry this with me in all of my teachings. I like to combine mindfulness, movement and stretch throughout each of my sessions.
I carry no judgement or expectation and always encourage people to meet themselves where they are at on a given day - and I believe that this is so important. I have a special interest in supporting and protecting women’s health and well-being.
My drive within this space will always be to is to create a safe and supportive environment where women can move, reconnect their bodies, and prioritise their own well-being.
Through accessible and mindful movement, I hope to encourage women to take time for themselves and feel the positive impact of Pilates on both the body and the mind.My aim is to continuously grow and develop as a teacher and build a positive community of like-minded women who look out for and inspire each other at all stages of their journey.
